After years of practicing Pilates, Marzena received her teaching certification in 2005 through Polestar Pilates in Miami, Florida. She has since attended conferences and workshops across the country and in Europe, to study new and effective ways to teach Pilates. She attended workshops of Karren Clippinger, Brent Anderson, Rael Isacowitz, Elizabeth Larkam, Madeline Black. In 2018, she completed the advance training in CoreAlign2 from Balance Body.
In 2012, Marzena studied Myofascial Release Massage (MFR) with Howard Rontal and continued with advance training from John Barnes at his Arizona clinic. In the same year, she received the advanced training in Contemporary Cupping Methods from International Cupping Therapy Association. The Myofascial Release as well as cupping is used by Marzena not only during massage sessions, but she has also found it to be beneficial during private Pilates training.
